Formation Metals Extends A-Zone 200 Metres to the South and Identifies a New Vein Set, Returning 2.53 g/t Au over 11.8 Metres and 1.41 g/t Au over 20.6 Metres at the Advanced N2 Property
Southward step-out N2-26-15A returned 2.53 g/t Au over 11.8 metres and 1.41 g/t Au over 20.6 metres, extending the A-Zone 200 metres south and identifying a previously unidentified vein set. The mineralized envelope widens from approximately 100 metres across strike to more than 300 metres, and remains open.

First step-out drilling 200 metres west of the A-Zone's historical boundary returned 1.05 g/t Au over 31 metres in N2-26-021 and 1.34 g/t Au over 12.5 metres in N2-26-022, extending the A-Zone into previously undrilled ground at the N2 Gold Project in Quebec.

Closed an upsized non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $22.4 million through the issuance of 49,821,291 units across two tranches. Working capital is now ~$31M with zero debt. The Company intends to expand its on-going 30,000 metre drill program to 75,000 metres at the flagship N2 Gold Project.

$22M upsize of the non-brokered private placement, driven by strong investor demand with the order book remaining oversubscribed. Upon closing, the Company intends to increase its 2026-2027 drill program to a fully funded 75,000 metres at the flagship N2 Gold Project.

Up to $15M non-brokered private placement (HD, FT, Charity FT, Quebec Charity FT units). Upon closing, the Company intends to increase its 2026 drill program to a fully funded 50,000 metres at the flagship N2 Gold Project. Expected to close on or about May 13, 2026.
