A historically drilled gold project in Quebec's Abitibi Greenstone Belt. 4,400 hectares, 100% owned, acquired from Wallbridge Mining. Fully funded 30,000-metre drill program underway. Maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate targeted Q3 2026.
Two rigs active on the historically mineralized A Zone and RJ Zone. Phase 1 targeting ~15,000 m across the 8-km corridor; a second ~15,000 m discovery phase is planned for Q2-Q3 2026.
Advanced-stage gold exploration project with a substantial historical drilling dataset, excellent infrastructure, and all permits in hand.

N2 sits within a 200+ km regional gold corridor in Quebec's Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Vezza gold mine headframe is 1.5 km west. The Casa Berardi mine, 50 km west, was acquired by Orezone Gold from Hecla Mining in January 2026 for US$352 million upfront consideration.

Phase 1: ~15,000m targeting A Zone and RJ Zone. Maiden NI 43-101 MRE targeted Q3 2026.
Every zone remains open for expansion along strike and at depth. Only ~35% of A Zone strike has been drilled. The deepest hole reached just 682m.
Phase 1 drilling is focused on the two historically mineralized zones with the most extensive historical drill data: a bulk-tonnage open-pit target at the A Zone, and a high-grade vein system at the RJ Zone.
Largest of the six zones. Mineralization up to 85m wide starting near surface. The centrepiece of the open-pit thesis.
Narrow-vein high-grade system with exceptional intercepts. Drilled to 682 m — the deepest hole on the property — and still open at depth.
N2 is not a new discovery. It is a known gold system that has been worked intermittently since the early 1980s by some of Canada's most experienced operators.
Sources: pre-2025 historical operator activity (Minnova, Cyprus Canada, Agnico-Eagle, Balmoral Resources, Wallbridge Mining) documented in the source historical reports — Needham, B., 1994, 1993 Diamond Drill Report, Northway Joint Venture (Cyprus Canada Inc.) and Guy, K., 1991 (Total Energold), filed as Quebec MRNF assessment GM 52792. Agnico Eagle 2007-2009 N2-area exploration program reported in Agnico Eagle's SEDAR+ public filings and Vezza-area assessment filings. Balmoral Resources property-wide geophysical work filed as Quebec MRNF assessment work. Historical information has not been verified by the Qualified Person and is not treated as current mineral resources or reserves.
Five Phase 1 holes released to date — all returning results consistent with or exceeding historical averages. Pinch-and-swell morphology across an 8 km corridor with widths from 20 to 61 metres. 20 additional holes pending assay.
Mineralized intervals composited at 0.2 g/t Au cutoff. True width approximately 87% of core length. Results are reported as released in NI 43-101-compliant press releases dated February 12 and February 24, 2026. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future results.
The fully funded 30,000-metre program is designed to generate modern assay data from the historically mineralized zones at the N2 Project and to test the remaining unexplored ground along the 8 km structural corridor. All permits in hand.
A future mineral resource estimate, if any, will be prepared by an independent qualified person in accordance with current CIM Definition Standards following completion of the drill program. The Company is not treating any historical estimate as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve.
An open-pit target emerging on a known system, with significant untested ground, trading at a deep discount to Abitibi peers.

Historical Estimate Cautionary: The historical estimate of approximately 871,000 oz Au referenced on this page comprises approximately 18 Mt grading 1.4 g/t Au (~810,000 oz Au) across the A, East, RJE and South Zones (Needham, B., 1994, Cyprus Canada Inc.; 492 pages), plus approximately 243 Kt grading 7.82 g/t Au (~61,000 oz Au) at the RJ Zone (Guy, K., 1991, Total Energold; 227 pages). Primary source of record: Quebec MRNF assessment filing GM 52792. The historical estimates were prepared prior to the adoption of the current CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves and do not conform to those standards. Key parameters applied by the original authors to all five zones with historical estimates include a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off and a 2.5 m minimum mining width. Pre-1994 Cyprus work underlying the historical estimate totalled approximately 160 diamond drill holes and 24,714 metres; the broader property inventory of 236 drill holes and 55,517 metres referenced elsewhere on this page includes post-1994 drilling (notably Agnico-Eagle 2007-2009 work at the RJ hanging wall) which is not included in the historical estimate. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. The Company is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Significant work, including data compilation, re-drilling, verification sampling and qualified person review, is required before the historical estimates could be considered as current mineral resources under current CIM Definition Standards. The Company has not defined any current mineral resources or mineral reserves on the N2 Gold Project.
