We use first-party cookies and third-party analytics providers to understand how the Site is used. These include:
3.1 Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to capture anonymised session recordings, heatmaps, and page interaction metrics. Clarity does not record passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive form input. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) for security and site performance. These do not identify you personally.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent some features of the Site from functioning correctly. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires affirmative consent for non-essential cookies (for example, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
4. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party resources, including SEDAR+ (sedarplus.ca), press-release wire services, operator disclosures referenced in adjacent-property context, and investor presentation platforms (DocSend). 5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Analytics data collected via Microsoft Clarity is retained by Microsoft according to its standard retention schedule. Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and document the interaction.

We follow industry-standard practices to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
