The Plan

100,000m. Fully Funded.

The program is designed to do two things: generate modern assay data across the historically mineralized zones, and test the ground along the 8 km structural corridor that has never been drilled. All permits are in hand and the full program is funded from existing working capital.

65,000 m
A Zone & RJ Zone — Primary Targets
A Zone
Primary target. Drill the historically mineralized A Zone corridor and test whether mineralization continues along 3.1+ km of historical strike not previously tested with modern methods.
RJ Zone
Test the down-plunge high-grade shoots and 4.75+ km of historical strike not previously tested with modern methods.
35,000 m
RJE, Central & East Zones
RJE Zone
76% historical hit rate over 300 m drilled. 1.7+ km of historical strike not previously tested with modern methods.
Central Zone
62% historical hit rate over 1.1 km drilled. 5.0+ km of strike open.
East Zone
93% historical hit rate. 1.95+ km of strike remaining.

A future mineral resource estimate, if any, will be prepared by an independent qualified person in accordance with current CIM Definition Standards following completion of the drill program. The Company is not treating any historical estimate as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve.

Investment Thesis

Three Reasons to Own N2

A historically drilled gold system in the Abitibi with meaningful untested strike and depth, advancing through the largest exploration program in the Company's history.

01
Wide, Near-Surface Drill Results
Phase 1 drilling has intersected thick intervals of mineralization from shallow depths in the A-Zone northern corridor, with mineralized widths up to approximately 85 m downhole. Additional holes pending assay.
02
Significant Exploration Upside
Less than 35% of the A Zone strike has been tested with modern methods. An 8 km structural corridor with secondary and tertiary vein sets above and below the primary target.
03
Capital Structure
Tight capital structure with ~60% insider ownership, ~C$27.0M working capital, nil debt, and 150.2M shares outstanding (all as at June 10, 2026, per the Corporate Presentation dated July 21, 2026). Fully funded through the planned 100,000-metre drill program.
Drill results are coming.

Historical Estimate Cautionary: The historical estimate of approximately 871,000 oz Au referenced on this page comprises approximately 18 Mt grading 1.4 g/t Au (~810,000 oz Au) across the A, East, RJE and Central Zones (Needham, B., 1994, Cyprus Canada Inc.; 492 pages), plus approximately 243 Kt grading 7.82 g/t Au (~61,000 oz Au) at the RJ Zone (Guy, K., 1991, Total Energold; 227 pages). Primary source of record: Quebec MRNF assessment filing GM 52792. The historical estimates were prepared prior to the adoption of the current CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves and do not conform to those standards. Key parameters applied by the original authors to all five zones with historical estimates include a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off and a 2.5 m minimum mining width. Pre-1994 Cyprus work underlying the historical estimate totalled approximately 160 diamond drill holes and 24,714 metres; the broader property inventory of 236 drill holes and 55,517 metres referenced elsewhere on this page includes post-1994 drilling (notably Agnico-Eagle 2007-2009 work at the RJ hanging wall) which is not included in the historical estimate. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. The Company is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Significant work, including data compilation, re-drilling, verification sampling and qualified person review, is required before the historical estimates could be considered as current mineral resources under current CIM Definition Standards. The Company has not defined any current mineral resources or mineral reserves on the N2 Gold Project.

Adjacent Properties: References to mineralization, deposits, mines, production, or resources on adjacent or nearby properties (including Vezza, Casa Berardi, and Douay) are for geological context only and are not indicative of mineralization on the Company's properties. Qualified Person: The technical content of this page has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Babak V. Azar, P.Geo., géo (OGQ#10876), a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Azar is not independent of the Company within the meaning of NI 43-101 s.1.5; independence of the Qualified Person is not required for this website content.

Forward-Looking Statements: This page contains forward-looking information within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation, including statements regarding: (i) the timing, scope and outcomes of the Company's drill programs at the N2 Gold Project; (ii) the targeted Q4 2026 completion of a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate, which remains subject to drill results, data compilation, and independent qualified person review; (iii) anticipated assay results from holes pending assay; (iv) interpreted continuity of mineralization based on historical and current drill data; and (v) the Company's stated working capital, capital structure, and corporate plans. These statements are based on assumptions including continued operation of the Company's drill rigs, timely receipt of assay results from independent laboratories, continued availability of qualified personnel, stable commodity prices, and the absence of material delays in permitting or operations. Material risk factors that could cause actual results to differ materially include commodity price fluctuations, exploration risks (including that drilling may not confirm historically reported mineralization), financing risks, permitting and environmental risks, geopolitical risks, and the inherently speculative nature of mineral exploration. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date of publication. The Company undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
